Furthermore contained in this latest image release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a key detailing different sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.
